Sarah Whilden

Sarah Whilden possesses a diverse skill set developed through various roles in the hospitality and retail industries. Currently serving as a Social Sales Associate and Food and Beverage Server at ICONA Resorts since May 2022, Sarah excels in customer satisfaction, problem solving, and time management. Previous experience as a Research Assistant at Rowan University involved hands-on work in quantitative research focused on tobacco and vaping campaigns, enhancing knowledge in health communication. Additionally, Sarah worked as a Beauty Advisor at Ulta Beauty from October 2022 to May 2023, where responsibilities included customer engagement, product recommendations, and achieving sales goals. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Rowan University and an Associate of Science in General Studies from Atlantic Cape Community College.
