Charles Crain

Charles Crain has over 25 years of work experience in various technical roles. Charles began their career at Precision Solutions Inc. in 1996 as a Senior Software Engineer. In 1999, they joined National Instruments as a Principal Engineer, where they worked for over 16 years. In 2015, they moved to KUKA North America, initially as the Chief Software Architect and later as a Distinguished Software Architect. In 2019, they joined Amazon as an SDE III and worked there until 2022. Currently, they are the VP of BuildOS at ICON.

Charles Crain attended Rice University from 1991 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Chemical Engineering.
