Christian Eckert

Christian Eckert is a prominent design leader in the mobility sector, currently serving as Chief Experience Officer at icon group since January 2019, where focus lies on innovating in-car and mobility experiences. Additionally, Christian is the Creator and Curator of mobilityspaces.com, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration to shape the future of mobility. Christian's academic contributions include being a Visiting Lecturer at ArtCenter College of Design since 2017. Previous roles encompass Creative Director at nxt nxt, Head of UX/UI Design at Faraday Future, and CEO of icon incar, where Christian transformed the agency into a leader in automotive UX design. Christian's early career included significant contributions to the BMW Group as Lead Interaction Designer, establishing user-centric digital identities across luxury automotive brands. Christian holds a Diploma in Interactive Communications Design from Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences.
