Debbie Gilmore

Debbie Gilmore has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and clinical research industry. Debbie currently holds the position of Vice President, Strategic Alliance Management at ICON plc since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at DOCS from 2012 to 2021, first as Vice President, Operations and then as Director, Global Program Management. Before joining DOCS, they had a long tenure at ICON plc starting in 1997. During their time at ICON plc, they held various positions including Director, Clinical Strategy; Director, Clinical Operations - Australia and New Zealand; Associate Director, Clinical Operations; Senior Clinical Project Manager; and Associate Director, Business Development. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Clinical Research Associate at Covance from 1993 to 1996. Overall, Debbie Gilmore has held key leadership and managerial roles throughout their career, demonstrating their expertise in clinical operations, program management, and strategic alliance management.

Debbie Gilmore has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemistry from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Debbie also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Operations from Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management.
