Elena Valkanova

Elena Valkanova has over 18 years of experience in statistical programming, currently serving as a Manager of Statistical Programming at ICON plc since May 2013, where previous roles included Principal Statistical Programmer and Senior Statistical Programmer. Prior experience includes working as a SAS Programmer at BioStat International, Inc. and as a Contract Statistical SAS Programmer at Genzyme. Elena began an academic career as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of South Florida. An accomplished academic, Elena holds a Master's degree in Finance, a Graduate Certificate in Applied Biostatistics, an MS in Computer Science, and an MA in Mathematics, all from the University of South Florida, along with a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration and an MS in Mathematics and Informatics from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
