Lee Garland

Lee Garland, SPHR, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as Senior Manager and Global HR Business Partner at ICON plc since October 2018, Lee has previously held significant roles at Mapi Group as Director of Human Resources for North America and at REGISTRAT MAPI as a Senior Human Resources Consultant. Additional experience includes various HR positions at Juddmonte Farms, Strand Associates, and Keeneland Association. Lee Garland's educational background includes studies at Brock University and completion of the Emerging Leader program.
