Martin Lachs

Martin Lachs has had a diverse work experience spanning several companies in the pharmaceutical and research fields. Martin started their career at Unilever Research as a Research Manager from 1992 to 1996. Martin then joined BRI International as a Senior CRA from 1996 to 1998. Following that, they worked at Quintiles as a Senior Director of Project Management from 1996 to 2011. After Quintiles, they joined IXICO Ltd as a Vice President Trial Services from 2011 to 2012, where they focused on improving medical imaging through superior service and enabling technologies. Currently, Martin Lachs is working at ICON plc as the Vice President Global Project Management, a role they have held since October 2012.

Martin Lachs completed their B.Sc. in Biotechnology from the University of Leeds from 1984 to 1987. Martin then pursued a Ph.D in Cell Biology from The University of Manchester, which they completed from 1987 to 1991.
