Swikriti Rana

Swikriti Rana has a solid background in business analysis and data management. Swikriti began their career as a Business System Analyst at the State of Delaware, where they gathered business requirements and conducted interviews and Joint Application Development sessions. Swikriti also worked on Electronic Data Interchange transactions and managed change request documents.

Swikriti then moved on to UnitedHealth Group, where they continued their role as a Business System Analyst. Swikriti focused on enhancing claims processing and developing data diagrams using Unified Modeling Language. Swikriti also created charts, dashboards, and reports for data visualization.

After that, Rana joined WellCare Health Plans as a Business System Analyst. In this role, they created business requirement documents, facilitated user group meetings, and analyzed member, provider, and claims data for assigning the right Primary Care Physician to members.

Most recently, Rana worked at Centene Corporation as a Business Technical Analyst. Swikriti was responsible for extracting, analyzing, and visualizing membership, provider, and claims data. Swikriti also gathered requirements, monitored data quality, and collaborated with team members for HEDIS measures' audit purposes.

Currently, Rana is working at ICON plc as a Principal Business Intelligence Analyst, where they utilize their expertise in business analysis and data management.

Swikriti Rana obtained a Master's degree in Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University, completing their education in 2018.
