Theresa Brennan

Theresa Brennan is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical and clinical research industries, currently serving as Vice President, General Partner, and Executive Coach at ICON plc since May 2016. Previously, Theresa held various leadership roles at QuintilesIMS from 1995 to 2016, including East Coast Head of Emerging Biopharma Solutions, Senior Director, and Customer Operations Director, providing strategic oversight for customer accounts and managing project teams across multiple therapeutic areas. Theresa also operated Brennan Clinical Consulting from 2004 to 2008 and served as Senior Project Director at Theorem (now Chiltern) from 2001 to 2004. Education includes a certification in Executive and Life Coaching from iPEC Coaching, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from SUNY Oneonta, and a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
