Sergey Mikolaitis

Sergey Mikolaitis is a highly experienced software developer and team lead with extensive expertise in .NET technologies. Currently serving as a Team Lead and Product Owner at Icons8 since February 2019, Sergey has successfully led a team of 10-12 members and implemented significant performance optimizations and redesigns of the icons application. As the Founder and Developer of Laitis, Sergey developed a voice-controlled Windows program, overseeing all stages from concept to product launch. Previous roles include Lead .NET Developer at 360 Bound INC and various development positions at Arkadium, FlexBricks, and ARMADA OAO, where Sergey contributed to projects for Microsoft Casual Games and specialized in camera and video processing applications. In addition to a Master's degree in Informatics and a Bachelor's degree from East Ukrainian National University, Sergey served as a .NET teacher at STEP IT Academy, sharing knowledge on multiple programming and system topics.
