Sebastián Adroves

Sebastián Adroves is an experienced professional with a diverse background in product management and operations. Sebastián is currently working as a Product Manager at ICONSTRUYE, where they are responsible for strategic planning and roadmap development for digital solutions in the commercial and logistics cycle. Previously, Sebastián worked at Falabella Retail as a Subgerente de Portafolio Productos, leading the development of contextual experiences for customers and employees. Sebastián also served as a Senior Product Owner and Engineering team leader at Cornershop by Uber, where they focused on scalability, new product development, and technical debt management. Prior to that, Sebastián worked at Yapo.cl SpA as the Head of Product, where they led the product management team and oversaw the strategy and development of the digital marketplace. Sebastián also held roles as an Operations Manager, Quality & Customer Service Leader, Quality & Customer Service Specialist, and Content Specialist during their time at Yapo.cl SpA. Before joining Yapo.cl SpA, Sebastián worked as a Professor of Mathematics and Physics at Preutech and in the Treasury department at Central Parking System.

Sebastián Adroves began their education journey in 2009 when they attended the Universidad de Santiago de Chile. From 2009 to 2012, they studied Ingenieria Matematica at the university. Following this, they pursued a degree in Ingeniero Industrial at the Universidad Mayor, completing their studies from 2014 to 2018.

In 2020, Sebastián Adroves furthered their education by enrolling in the Universidad de Chile, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Sebastián'sstudies in this program lasted from 2020 to 2022, focusing on the field of Administración y gestión de empresas, general.

Alongside their formal education, Sebastián Adroves also obtained the Scrum Master Professional Certificate from CertiProf in August 2020.
