Elena Geminiani

Elena Geminiani is a Business Analytics Senior Consultant specializing in Data Science at ICONSULTING since November 2020, with a progression of roles that emphasizes expertise in data science and training. Concurrently, Elena is a Statistical Programmer and R developer, having created and maintained the "penfa" R package, a tool for fitting penalized factor models. Previous experience includes a postdoctoral researcher position in Statistics at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, where advanced latent variable models were developed.
