Zach Dangos

Zach Dangos, MBA, CSM has extensive work experience in the field of client delivery management and project management, particularly in the brewing industry. Zach started their career at Grey Eagle Distributors as a Regional Merchandiser and then moved on to FUSION Performance Marketing as a Marketing Assistant-Intern. Zach then worked at Missouri State University as a Graduate Assistant in Management. Zach joined Anheuser-Busch as a Special Events Team (SET) Representative before transitioning to Dangos Designs as a Graphic and Web Designer.

Zach's most significant work experience is with Daugherty Business Solutions, where they held various roles. Zach worked as a Consultant, Information Analyst I at Anheuser-Busch, troubleshooting application and data integration issues. Zach then progressed to become an Associate Consultant, Information Analyst II, and Business Analyst I in the same company. In these roles, they provided application support activities, managed and maintained database servers, and assisted with troubleshooting and software bug evaluation for multiple domestic and international breweries.

With their expertise and experience, Zach became a Team Manager and Consultant at Daugherty Business Solutions, overseeing the development, maintenance, and modifications of over 250 custom brewery applications for Anheuser-Busch. Zach also managed the delivery of new development projects and application solutions in various areas of the company, such as brewing, packaging, maintenance, and quality. Zach was responsible for communicating job expectations, coaching employees, and enforcing systems and procedures. Zach also recruited and trained staff and ensured a safe and secure work environment.

Zach's most recent role at Daugherty Business Solutions is as a Client Delivery Manager for Anheuser-Busch, where they hold the position of Director and Program Manager. In this role, they are responsible for managing client delivery and program management for Anheuser-Busch, ensuring the successful implementation of projects and meeting client expectations.

Throughout their career, Zach has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills, making him a valuable asset in the field of client delivery and project management in the brewing industry.

Zach Dangos holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration, which they obtained from Missouri State University in 2012. Prior to that, they received their Bachelor of Science degree in Entertainment Management with a minor in Marketing from the same university in 2010. Zach completed their secondary education at Mehlville High School between 2003 and 2007. In addition to their formal education, Zach has also obtained certifications such as the Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in 2016, and the Technical Leadership Certificate from WashU Technology & Leadership Center in 2019. Zach is also in the process of acquiring the Daugherty Project Management Certification from Daugherty Business Solutions.
