Michelle Ontiveros

Michelle Ontiveros, M.S. has extensive work experience in the fields of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs. Michelle began their career in 2014 as a Lab Associate - Clinical Trials at Focus Diagnostics. In 2015, they joined Q2 Solutions as an Assistant Scientist and Research Associate - Clinical Trials R&D. In 2017, they were a Quality Assurance Supervisor at Advanced Cosmetic Research Labs and Quality Assurance at Laragen Inc. The same year, they joined Prisha Cosmetics, Inc. as a QC Manager. In 2018, they were a Quality Assurance Manager at Q2 Solutions. In 2019, they were an Associate Director, Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs and Manager, Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs at HemaCare Corporation. In 2021, they were the Director Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs at Charles River Laboratories (formerly HemaCare). Currently, they are the Associate Director, Clinical Quality Assurance at Icosavax, Inc.

Michelle Ontiveros, M.S. obtained their Master's degree in Biological Sciences from UC Irvine in 2014. Michelle had previously obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology/Biological Sciences, Emphasis in Evolution & Ecology from the University of California, Riverside in 2010. Additionally, in January 2022, Michelle obtained the AABB Cellular Therapies Certificate Program from AABB.
