Theresa M. Mehringer

Theresa M. Mehringer is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate finance, securities, and mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as an attorney at Burns Figa & Will, P.C. since May 2003. In addition to legal practice, Theresa has been an active Board Member at ICR Partners, LLC since August 2019 and a member of the Board of Trustees for the Arapahoe Library District, where involvement includes the Audit & Finance Committee. Theresa holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Taxation and a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Denver, as well as a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance from the University of Colorado.
