Diana Strazzella

Diana Strazzella has a comprehensive work experience starting from 2000 as a Business Project Manager at MBNA. Diana held positions in Customer Service, Credit, Product Management, IT, and Marketing with increasing responsibility. During their time at MBNA, they successfully reduced production support costs by 22%.

From 2006 to 2007, Diana worked as a Mortgage Operations Manager at Bonafide Mortgage. Diana managed various processes such as sales pipeline, documentation preparation, and accounts payable. Additionally, they implemented and maintained a new corporate website. Diana also led an initiative that identified and recovered funds by analyzing file processing report acker.

Diana then joined Appletree Answering Service - a Stericycle Company as the Director of CRM Solutions and Integration from 2007 to 2014. From 2017 to 2020, Diana served as a Strategic Engagement Leader at IBM. Diana'smain responsibilities included building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers at strategic clients of a global Salesforce.com consulting agency. Diana also managed multiple engagements and the fulfillment and delivery of digital solutions.

Starting in 2020, Diana joined Nagase America as the Senior Manager - CRM Strategy. Diana oversaw the strategy, architecture, and deployment of the customer relationship management (CRM) program to drive revenue growth through sales and marketing enablement. Diana owned user engagement and adoption, provided training plans, playbooks, and documentation. Diana also developed a governance model and ongoing cycles of innovation.

Currently, Diana is working at iCreditWorks as the Head of Product, a position they started in 2022. Diana'sresponsibilities include generating ideas to grow market share, scoping and prioritizing activities based on customer impact and value, building a product roadmap, delivering the user experience, developing a customer feedback process, and driving product launches.

Diana Strazzella has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Goldey-Beacom College. In addition to their degree, they are also a Certified Sales Cloud Consultant and a Certified Salesforce Administrator, having obtained these certifications in 2018 from Salesforce.
