Derek Campbell

Derek Campbell has a strong background in various industries, showcasing their expertise in procurement, sales operations, business operations, and event services. Derek is currently serving as the Head of Procurement for ICS Complete, where they take charge of procurement activities in New England.

Prior to this, Derek worked at Unified Networking Solutions, where they held multiple roles. Derek served as the Director of Sales Operations from August 2020 to January 2022, ensuring efficient sales processes and operations. Before that, they were a Business Operations Specialist from August 2017 to July 2020, contributing to the overall business efficiency. Derek also worked as a Sales and Marketing Operations personnel from February 2016 to July 2017, and an Inside Sales Coordinator from February 2015 to January 2016. In the latter role, they handled important tasks such as pricing, order processing, tracking, and customer sales support.

Furthermore, Derek gained experience at Bridgewater State University as an Operations Supervisor in the Conference and Event Services department. During their tenure from June 2013 to September 2014, they successfully implemented a comprehensive training program and played a key role in the full-cycle hiring process.

Lastly, Derek began their professional journey as a Part-time Shop Manager at Chessmens Pizza from August 2007 to July 2013, where they honed their managerial skills and gained valuable experience in the food industry.

Derek Campbell obtained their Bachelor of Communication Studies degree with minors in Management and Public Relations from Bridgewater State University, where they attended from 2007 to 2011.
