Erik Saren has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Erik started their career at Staples in 2006 as a Technology Expert, where they worked until 2009. Erik then joined Office Depot as a Department Manager from 2009 to 2012. Following that, they worked at Sears Auto Service Center as a Customer Service Advisor from 2012 to 2013. Erik then joined Geek Squad as an Advanced Repair Agent from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, Erik joined Citizens Bank where they worked as a Universal Banker and later transitioned to the role of Small Business Specialist. After that, they joined Centage in 2016, where they held a series of roles including Technology Support Specialist L1 and L2, Internal IT & Client Support Manager, and eventually Senior Manager of IT & Client Support. In 2020, they moved to AKUITY Technologies as a Virtual Chief Information Officer and currently holds the same position at ICS since 2021.
Erik Saren attended Florida State University from 2003 to 2008, where they pursued studies in Psychology.
