Jayse Pacelli

Jayse Pacelli has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the financial industry. They began their career at Bank of America as a Teller and later transitioned to a Sales and Service Specialist role. After that, they worked as a Personal Banker at KeyBank before becoming an Assistant Branch Manager at Solvay Bank.

In 2016, Jayse joined M&T Bank where they initially served as an Assistant Branch Manager and later advanced to the position of Assistant Vice President/Branch Manager. In these roles, they acted as the point-of-contact for small business banking customers, managed customer relationships, and provided expertise on available products and services.

In 2021, Jayse joined Onondaga Community College as the Coordinator of Financial Aid & Communications. Here, they assisted students and parents with the financial aid application process, facilitated presentations on the financial aid process, and helped students navigate procedures for special circumstances.

Currently, Jayse is working at ICS Complete as a Jr Client Onboarding Specialist.

Jayse Pacelli attended SUNY Oneonta from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. Their field of study included Music Industry, Business Law, and Audio Arts.

In addition to their degree, Jayse Pacelli has obtained several certifications. They received the following certifications from Microsoft: "Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals" in January 2023, "Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals" in November 2022, and "Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals" in October 2022. They also obtained the "CompTIA IT Fundamentals (ITF+) Certification" in May 2022.

Jayse Pacelli also acquired several certifications from CompTIA. These include the "CompTIA Secure Infrastructure Specialist – CSIS Stackable Certification" in April 2023, the "CompTIA Security+ ce Certification" in April 2023, the "CompTIA IT Operations Specialist – CIOS Stackable Certification" in September 2022, the "CompTIA Network+ ce Certification" in September 2022, and the "CompTIA A+ ce Certification" in July 2022.

Furthermore, Jayse Pacelli has a "Life, Accident and Health Insurance Agent/Broker" certification from the New York State Department of Financial Services, obtained in January 2018.
