Sarah Heron

Sarah Heron has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. In 1998, they started as a Cashier at Centerplate (Baseball Stadium) and later became a Stand Manager until 2010. In 2003, they worked as a Support Assistant at New York Compensation Managers before transitioning to USA-TPA, Inc (formerly New York Compensation Managers) as a Support Coordinator from 2004 to 2008. From 2008 to 2013, they served as a Support & Operations Coordinator at NYCM Group, Inc. In 2013, they joined ARISE CNY as a Computer Support Technician and eventually moved up to the roles of Network and Systems Administrator, and Information Technology Coordinator. Sarah'smost recent role is with ICS Complete as an IT Service Coordinator, starting in 2022.

Sarah Heron attended Corcoran High School from 1997 to 2001. Sarah then pursued an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Bryant & Stratton College-Syracuse, from 2001 to 2003.
