Stanley Kamanguya, PMP®, OGW has extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Stanley most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer of ICT Authority starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Member of the Board of Directors at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital from May 2022 to November 2022.

From 2018 to 2022, Stanley held multiple positions at The National Treasury - Government of Kenya, including Director of Integrated Financial Management Information System (IFMIS) and Technical Advisor - PFM Systems. Stanley played a key role in conceptualizing, designing, and implementing Treasury/Cash Management related reform initiatives, as well as providing project management and quality assurance for system implementation.

Stanley also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at ICT Authority from June 2018 to April 2022. Additionally, they worked as the Director of Business Consulting at Mclain Hansons Consulting from January 2016 to June 2018, providing consulting services for organizations in areas such as business processes review and automation, systems implementation, support, and reviews.

Prior to that, Stanley worked at PwC as the Manager of Technology Advisory from January 2014 to December 2014, and as a Senior Consultant of Technology Advisory from February 2012 to January 2014. Stanley also gained valuable experience as an Analyst of Systems & Infrastructure Solutions at IDC from February 2009 to January 2012, where they collected market intelligence and conducted market sizing and analysis.

Stanley's earlier experience includes roles as a Snr/Research Executive at TNS Research International from January 2007 to January 2009, an Assistant IT Specialist at Kenya Institute for Public Policy Research & Analysis (KIPPRA) from June 2006 to December 2006, and as a Technical Sales Engineer at Atto Systems in 2005.

Stanley Kamanguya, PMP®, OGW has a diverse education history. Stanley completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the United States International University - Africa in the years 2015 to 2017. In 2014, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute. Additionally, in 2012, they pursued the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from EXIN. In 2011, they earned the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) certifications from ISACA. In 2006, they graduated with a BSc in Computer Science from Maseno University. Prior to that, they completed a Networking -CCNA program from MITC in 2005. Stanley'seducation journey began at Lenana School, where they studied from 1997 to 2000.
