Peter Trenchev

Peter Trenchev is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in backup and storage solutions, currently serving as a Senior DevOps Engineer at ICT Strypes since November 2024. Prior to this role, Peter held various positions at Postbank (Eurobank Bulgaria AD) from August 2021 to November 2024, ultimately advancing to Technical Team Lead for Infrastructure & Cloud and Backup & Storage Expert. Peter's career also includes significant contributions at DXC Technology as a Backup Subject Matter Expert and Backup Deep Technical Support, where responsibilities involved designing and improving backup environments and leading training sessions. Earlier, Peter worked at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise and Adecco Bulgaria, honing skills in backup technical support and SAN issues. Peter holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Brokerage from the University of Library Studies and Information Technologies, complemented by education in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from PGEA Sofia.
