Esa Louko

Esa Louko has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Currently, they serve as the Director of Business Development at ICT DIRECT, where they focus on international resourcing to address the shortage of software professionals in the Nordic countries. Prior to this, they were the Chief Executive Officer at Elokon.

In 2018, Esa worked as the Manager of Customer Excellence at Lindström, a prominent textile service company. Esa'sresponsibilities included assisting customers with various services, particularly in the workwear sector, and overseeing sales in the public sector, healthcare, science, and research industries.

From 2016 to 2020, Esa operated E.L.Production as a side business, utilizing their skills in photography, DJing, graphic design, and light design. Esa also worked as a Technical Sales Representative at Optiikka Juurinen Oy, a wholesaler in the optical, dental, and healthcare industries. In this role, they engaged in business-to-business sales tasks, including acquiring new customers and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

Esa started their career as an Event Production Trainee at Eventgarden / BSG Marketing Oy in 2014. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Salesman & Invoicer at Meltex Oy Plastics from 2008 to 2011.

Esa Louko attended Laurea University of Applied Sciences from 2010 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Management & Marketing.
