Ihar Heneralau

Ihar Heneralau has over 15 years of experience in the media & entertainment, gaming, tech, and teleco industries. In 2006, they started their career as an Assistant to the Director of International Sales at STM Technologies, where they supported daily sales and public relations activities. In 2008, they became the Manager of Sales at AT Realty, where they led a team of real estate salespersons and spearheaded the development and implementation of a successful international digital marketing campaign. In 2009, they were Co-Founder & Director of Marketing & Advertising at French Riviera Realty, where they were responsible for managing daily company operations, marketing strategy development, advertising, promotional campaign management, and client relations. In 2013, they founded Business Development Expertise Inc., where they consulted with clients regarding their needs, developed specialized client marketing programs, and managed digital products for clients. In 2014, they became a Product Manager at ZQGame Inc., where they were responsible for product management, product development, project management, and building and managing product roadmap. In 2021, they became a Member and Learning Co-Chair 2021/22 of the Entrepreneurs' Organization. Ihar is currently the CEO, Co-Founder, and Executive Producer of ICVR, a digital production studio with a focus on gaming and virtual production.

Ihar Heneralau has an extensive educational background. Ihar obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from ISCAE Nice School of Business in Nice, France between 2009 and 2011, with a focus on Marketing, Real Estate & Business Law. Ihar then attended the University of California, Los Angeles from 2012 to 2013 and obtained a Post-Graduate Business Administration & Marketing Certificate. Lastly, they obtained a Bachelor from ISCAE Nice, School of Buisiness in 2011-2012, with a focus on Business Administration, Finance, Wealth Management, Insurance, and Banking. In addition, Ihar Heneralau has obtained several certifications from Lynda.com, including Strategic Planning Fundamentals (2015), Agile Project Management (2015), Managing Project Schedules (2015), and Project Management Fundamentals (2015).
