Eradj Khaidarov

Eradj Khaidarov has worked in the technology industry for over twenty years. Eradj began their career in 2000 as an IT Consultant for MDG Computers. In 2004, they joined InterCall as a Software Developer and held various roles there until 2013, including Software Development Manager, Technical Project Manager, and Solution Architect. In 2012, they became the Development Practice Manager for SunLife Financial. In 2018, they co-founded 6Ripples and served as the CTO. Eradj also held the role of Director of Software Engineering for Intrado before becoming the Chief Technology Officer for IrisCX in 2021.

Eradj Khaidarov obtained a degree in Computer Programming and Analysis from Seneca College from 2003 to 2006, with a focus on Software Development and System Engineering. Eradj also holds a Certified Technology Expert certification from Pexip AS, obtained in February 2019, as well as a Certified SCRUM Master certification from the SCRUM Alliance.
