Adam G. Berman

Adam G. Berman has a long and varied work experience. Adam G. began their career in 2002 as a Staff Sergeant E5 in the United States Air Force, where they coordinated and executed the Chief of Staff of the Air Force-hosted Blue Summit conference, arranged transportation for 736 General Officers, planned and executed a shuttle system for two air shows, and was responsible for coordinating servicing and propositioning of seven VIP command cars daily. In 2008, they became the Service Center Manager at Valvoline, where they improved financial and operational performance of two distinct locations, developed targeted marketing plans, and reengineered work processes to improve technician efficiency. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Financial Center Manager at Fifth Third Bank and a Branch Manager at Charter One Bank. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Loss Prevention Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation, where they were responsible for disciplined leadership to execute company programs for loss prevention and overseeing training, detection, and successful resolution of internal investigations. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at Kohl's as an Executive Manager O2/O4 Ops HR/Hardlines and Loss Prevention Supervisor, where they conducted internal investigations, surveillance, and apprehensions in compliance with company guidelines, implemented store awareness programs, and was recognized as a leader. From 2021 to 2022, they worked at ICX Media, Inc. as a Strategic Partnership Manager and at Salient Global as a Partner and Strategic Partnership Manager.

Adam G. Berman's education history includes attending Community College of the Air Force from 2002 to 2006, where they studied Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. In 2004, they attended Central Texas College and studied Public Speaking. In 2014, they attended Ivy Tech Community College-Northwest and studied Business Administration and Management, General. In 2019, they attended Tulsa Community College and obtained an FAA Part 107 Commercial Drone Pilot degree. In August of 2019, they obtained an FAA License 107 from Tulsa Community College.
