Kathrine Thonbo

Kathrine Thonbo has extensive experience in Human Resources, Training and Development, Coaching, and Stress Consulting. Kathrine began their career in 2006 as a Stress Consultant at the Center for Stress. In 2008, they joined PA Consulting Group as a Training & Development Consultant. In 2010, they joined The Debbie Ford Institute as an Integritive Coach. Kathrine then joined ICY Security in 2018 as an HR Manager, where they developed programs to enhance employee relations, offered employee support, measured employee morale, and acted as a liaison between the company and outside legal and professional resources. In 2011, they also started their own company, Kathrine Thonbo, as a Coach and Leadership Development.

Kathrine Thonbo's education history includes a Merkonomfag HR from Merkonom HR in 2011, a Masters from Roskilde University in Communication and Psychology from 1998 to 2004, and a Certified Integrative Coach from the Debbie Ford Institute.
