Alexandra Kuprianchik

Alexandra Kuprianchik has a diverse work experience in human resources management within the IT and financial technology sectors. Alexandra is currently serving as the Head of Human Resources (IT) at IDF Technology, an IT company specializing in credit scoring and financial digital technologies. Prior to this, they held the same role at ID Finance, a fast-growing financial technology company with offices in multiple countries. Alexandra also worked as an HR Manager at CodeSWAT, a company specializing in Salesforce.com software development challenges. Additionally, Alexandra served as an HR Manager at Zizor, an IT company involved in internet marketing and sales. Alexandra has experience in various HR tasks including recruitment, staff management, motivation, and organizing corporate events.

Alexandra Kuprianchik completed their higher education from 2009 to 2013 at BGU KI, specializing in International Cultural Relations Management. Additionally, in June 2014, they obtained a certification as an HR-manager from Zizor.
