Maksim Kotsuba

Maksim Kotsuba has worked at two companies in chronological order. From 2015 onwards, they worked at ID Finance, where they started as a Customer Support Specialist from September 2015 to June 2018. Maksim then became a Customer Support Team Lead from June 2018 to February 2020, and eventually became the Head of Customer Support from February 2020 onwards. Before ID Finance, they worked at Wargaming as a Billing Support Specialist from August 2012 to January 2014.

Maksim Kotsuba attended Belarusian National Technical University from 2006 to 2012, where they studied to become an engineer in the field of bridges, tunnels, and metropolitan transportation. From 2010 to 2012, they pursued a degree in Economics and Management in Enterprises of Joint-Stock Type.
