Gautam Bhut

Gautam Bhut has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Gautam started as a Food Technologist at Vitagreen Products Pvt. Ltd. and then worked as a Production Executive at Vadilal Industries Ltd (Ice Cream division). Gautam later transitioned to roles at All India Disaster Mitigation Institute and Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, where they held positions ranging from Project Coordinator to Senior Manager Compensation Benefits. Their most recent role was at ReshaMandi, where they served as a Senior Manager before becoming the Head of Global Compensation & HR systems at iD Fresh Food (India) Pvt. Ltd.

Gautam Bhut completed their Bachelor's in Food Processing Technology from Sardar Patel University in 2009, followed by a PGDM in Management from Xavier Institute of Management (XIM Bhubaneswar) in 2013. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in the field of Human Resources and Data Mining from different institutions over the years.
