Katt Jorgensen, CDR, has a diverse work experience in the field of technical recruiting. They started their career as a Contract Corporate Recruiter at DIRECTV in 2014, where they worked closely with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements were met and candidates were assessed effectively. After that, they joined EdgeLink as a Technical Recruiter and specialized in full life-cycle recruitment of various IT disciplines. In 2015, they moved to Modis as a Senior Technical Recruiter, where they contributed to the company's leadership in IT consulting and solutions. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter-remote at INT Technologies, a staffing solutions provider to Fortune 2000 companies.
