Kyle Fairbanks has a diverse work experience in the customer success and cyber advisory fields. Kyle currently serves as the Director of Customer Success, Federal at ID.me, a role they have held since October 2022. Prior to this, they were a Senior Customer Success Manager at ID.me, focusing on the public sector, from December 2020 to October 2022. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including a Mastership in Customer Success from Winning by Design in February 2021, AWS Security Fundamentals from Amazon Web Services in August 2019, Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in April 2018, Operational Risk Management from Global Association of Risk Professionals in May 2017, and Series 6 and Series 63 certifications from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority in June 2016.
