Jo Dixon

Jo Dixon began their work experience in 1992 as a Business Development Manager at Blue Arrow Personnel Services. From 2002 to 2008, they worked at Public Recruitment Group in various roles, focusing on healthcare, education, and social care recruitment. In 2008, Jo Dixon joined IMS People as the Global Operations Head, overseeing global recruitment process outsourcing and managed services. They also served as the International Operations Director and developed staffing solutions for various industries. In 2012, Jo Dixon worked as a Regional Operations Manager at Just Teachers, and then as a Regional Director at ITN Mark Education. In 2014, they became the Director of Just Because, a training and consulting business for the recruitment industry. Currently, Jo Dixon holds the position of Head of Operations at ID Medical, starting in 2015.

Jo Dixon completed their A Levels in English at the University of West London, Ealing from 1986 to 1987. Prior to that, they attended Northolt High School from 1982 to 1986, where they also studied English Literature at the A Level.
