Richard Liu

Richard Liu serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Legal Officer at ID Water Inc. Previously, Richard held the position of Director in the Group CEO Office at 寶成國際集團. Additionally, Richard was the Chairman and CEO of Fuchao Technology within the Foxconn Group. Richard Liu completed a law degree at St. John's University School of Law in Jamaica, New York, between 2001 and 2004 and earned a degree from National Sun Yat-sen University in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, from 1996 to 1999.
