Jakob Gradel is an experienced Career Counsellor and Development Consultant at IDA, specializing in career development initiatives such as workshops and e-learning, while also managing the IDA Mentor Programme. With a background in global networking and project management for engineers with refugee backgrounds, Jakob has facilitated the development of partnerships, recruitment processes, and career counseling. Previously, Jakob worked at Foreningen Nydansker as a Project Assistant and Volunteer Headhunter, gaining expertise in intercultural mentorships and CSR marketing. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in International Relations and Development Studies from Aalborg University, along with certifications in coaching and intercultural competence.
