Olga Kryshtal

Olga Kryshtal is a recruitment professional with experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently a Recruiter at IDA TECH since August 2022, Olga previously served as a Recruiter and Human Resources Specialist at Avanta, where responsibilities included onboarding, offboarding, and managing corporate communication. Olga also has a background in education, having taught English at 2English in Minsk and at School No. 7, along with experience as a Proofreader at the Professional Translators and Interpreters' Guild. Additionally, Olga designed an IT English course and hosted webinars related to English language learning. Olga holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Modern Foreign Languages from Minsk State Linguistic University.
