Irina Shostak

Irina Shostak is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in people management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Head of People Experience at Saber.tech since April 2023, Irina has previously held leadership roles, including Head of People Experience for Lottoland Client at Ciklum IT Spain. With extensive experience at CIKLUM IT SPAIN SL as a People Partner, Irina has acted as a trusted partner to business teams, enhancing employee life-cycle processes and implementing effective people policies. Prior roles at Ciklum involved managing HR services for international clients, leading HR teams, and developing HR strategies. Irina began a career in HR at PrivatBank, where foundational analytical skills were cultivated in the Psychological Department. Irina holds a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Dnepropetrovsk National University.
