Heather Anderson

Heather obtained her Bachelor’s in Elementary Education at the University of Idaho, then went on to pursue her Master’s in Education Media Design and Technology from Full Sail University. She taught for 12 years, running the gamut from Kindergarten through 8th grade. Her favorite moments in the classroom were filled with the incorporation of technology and new innovative ways to solve problems. She then gained experience through becoming a Learning Management System and Online Curriculum Manager, which led her to finding joy in helping people learn about, and troubleshoot, the programs and technologies they use everyday in education. She joined the IDLA team in 2022 and is excited to help the IDLA community as a Technology Support Specialist.
