Ashley Herrera

Ashley Herrera is a seasoned regulatory analyst at Idaho Power, having held the position since September 2016, where responsibilities include leading tariff administration efforts. Prior roles at Idaho Power include Customer Account Management Leader, overseeing back office operations and integrating new tariffs and programs, and Customer Service Leader. Previous experience includes a role as Damage Claims Representative and Customer Service Representative at CoreCivic, along with serving as an Addiction Treatment Coordinator. Ashley holds a Master of Business Administration from Northcentral University and a Bachelor of Social Science in Criminal Justice/Psychology from Boise State University, along with being a certified personal trainer through ISSA.
