Rick Ferguson

Rick Ferguson began their work experience as a Commercial Claims Manager at Aetna in 1987. Rick then moved on to Travelers where they continued as a Commercial Claims Manager until 1996. In the same year, Ferguson joined ICRMP as a Claims and Loss Control Manager until 2001, after which they became the Executive Director until 2018. Currently, Ferguson serves as the CEO of SIF, Idaho Workers' Compensation since 2018.

Rick Ferguson earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia between the years 1982 and 1986. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in ARe and CPCU.
