Luciana Mora

Luciana Mora has a diverse range of work experience. Luciana is currently serving as the President of the IDB Family Association since May 2022. Previously, they held the position of Sociocultural Director at the same company from May 2021 to May 2022.

In addition, Luciana worked as a Ceramics Instructor starting from May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Owner of an Anti Money Laundering & Antiterrorism Consulting business. In this role, they were hired by CAF and the IDB for various projects related to the prevention of money laundering and terrorism financing. Their responsibilities included developing tools and policies for different obligated subjects.

Luciana also has experience as a Ceramic Artist and a Legal Expert at the Buenos Aires City Government. Luciana has also worked as the Coordinator of the Risk Assessment Area in the Supervision Department at Unidad de Información Financiera (UIF). In this role, they were responsible for developing risk matrices and supervising obligated subjects.

Furthermore, Luciana has held positions at Banco de la Nacion Argentina, Grupo Banco Nación/NaciónFideicomisos, and Grupo Banco Nación/Nación AFJP, where they served as Deputy Department Manager, Representative of the Prevention Unit, and Controller/Internal Auditor respectively.

Lastly, they worked at the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and SMEs as a Legal Advisor and Executive Secretary of OLAMP. Currently, Luciana Mora is utilizing their expertise and leadership skills as President of the IDB Family Association and as a Ceramics Instructor.

Luciana Mora is a Lawyer with a degree from Universidad de Buenos Aires, Facultad de Derecho. Luciana also holds a High School Diploma from Colegio Nacional Manuel Dorrego. In 2009, they became a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist through ACAMS. In 2013, they obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Art management from Universidad Nacional de Córdoba. Additionally, Luciana has a Professional Risk Manager certification from the Inter-American Development Bank obtained in 2019. Luciana also holds an Anti-Money Laundering Specialist certification from ACAMS.
