Fiorella Medina Salas

Fiorella Medina Salas is a Compliance Officer at BID Invest since April 2022, where responsibilities include interacting with project teams to gather information and conduct background checks on clients, as well as performing searches to identify potential integrity risks to the IDB Group's reputation. Prior experience includes working as a legal assistant at Consultores en Derecho Público from March 2019 to June 2021, providing support in legal consultancy and litigation, and conducting specialized research in public law. Additionally, Fiorella served as a Meritoria in the Constitutional Chamber of Costa Rica from February 2017 to May 2018 under the guidance of Magistrate Paul Rueda Leal. Fiorella holds a Licenciatura in Derecho from Universidad de Costa Rica, with studies ongoing until February 2033, and has a degree in French from Alianza Francesa de Costa Rica, completed in December 2018.
