Heather McCusker

Heather McCusker has over 15 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical field, currently serving as a Director at IDBS since August 2012, where previous roles included Regional Services Ops Manager, Senior Consultant, Team Lead, Consultant II, and Consultant I. Prior to IDBS, Heather worked at EMD Serono from September 2006 to April 2012 as a Scientist in Associate Development and Analytics, supporting departments with analytical assays and methodology development. Earlier experience includes roles as Scientist II and Scientist I at Wyeth Biotech and Wyeth Biopharma, respectively, focusing on biochemical testing and assay optimization. Heather earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Worcester Polytechnic Institute from 1997 to 2001.
