Debra Bernardi is the Chief Human Resources Officer at IDC. Bernardi has been with IDC since 1995 and has been instrumental in the company's growth to over 600 employees. Prior to joining IDC, Bernardi worked as an HR Manager/Training Manager at IDG and was responsible for creating the first collaborative training program for all IDG business units. Bernardi began their career as an HR Representative/Recruiter at Massachusetts General Hospital.

Debra Bernardi attended the University of New Hampshire where they earned their BS in Health Management & Policy. Debra then went on to earn their MS in Management from Lesley University. Debra also has a certification from ASTD in American Society of Training and Development's Train the Trainer program, as well as a certification from the Center for Creative Leadership in Center of Creative Leaderships 360 feedback tools. Additionally, they have a certification from Results System in Certified Paper Room coach, and a certification from Emotional Intelligence Solutions Group in Emotional Intelligence. Finally, they have a certification from Motivation Factor in Motivation Factor, and a certification from Mbti Business Training Institute in Myers Briggs Type Instructor.

They are on a team with Eric Prothero - SVP, Data & Analytics, Bob Parker - SVP, WW Research, and Robert White - Chief Operating Officer, Western Europe & GVP, IDC EMEA. Debra Bernardi reports to Crawford Del Prete, President.
