Amelia Gale, SHRM-CP

Amelia Gale, SHRM-CP has over 13 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Amelia is currently the Director of Human Resources at Idea Evolver, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they were the HR Manager at BlackTree Healthcare Consulting from 2018-2021, where they were responsible for employee relations and staff development, recruitment and retention, and compensation and benefits. Amelia also implemented an upgraded payroll/HR system and negotiated with a new benefits carrier to design strategic new benefit plans for their employees. From 2013-2018, Amelia was an HR Generalist at The Faulkner Organization, providing consultative services to their dealerships in the area of benefits, worker's compensation, employee relations and investigations, training and development, succession planning, and general employee counseling. From 2010-2013, they were a per diem English Teacher at the Haverford Township School District. Amelia also worked as a Legal & Compliance Recruiter at Robert Walters from 2008-2010 and as a Spanish Teacher at Spanish Enrichment Programs/Holy Saviour St. John Fisher from 2007-2008. Amelia also held a Student Teacher position at Haverford High School in 2007.

Amelia Gale, SHRM-CP attended The Baldwin School from 1993 to 2004. Amelia then obtained a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science from Villanova University from 2004 to 2008, with a focus in English and Secondary Education (English). In 2011, they earned a Master of Education from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, specializing in Secondary Education and Teaching. In June 2015, they obtained their SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
