Taylor Hering

Taylor Hering is an experienced operations professional with a comprehensive background in various roles within the business sector. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Idea Grove since May 2020, Taylor has also held positions including Operations Manager, Sales Coordinator, Office Manager, and Sales Assistant at the same company. Prior to this, Taylor worked as a Dining Room Coordinator at Blake Management Group and as a Sales Associate at Chaney’s Pharmacy. Additional experience includes a Marketing Internship at Vaughn Design and a Sales Associate role at Belles and Beaus Children’s Boutique. Taylor began a career in the real estate sector as a Rental Assistant at RE/MAX on the Beach and Vacation Rentals on Navarre Beach. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Mississippi, earned between 2014 and 2019.
