Alana Sanders

Alana Sanders serves as a County Commissioner for Newton County since December 2020, where responsibilities include appointing board members, managing the county budget, overseeing public infrastructure, establishing government policies, and providing programs for vulnerable residents. Additionally, Alana has been a Corporate Wellness Coordinator at Get Pulsed, LLC since November 2013, facilitating health-related activities in corporate settings, and holds multiple roles as an International Master Trainer and National Presenter for various fitness and educational organizations since 2016. Alana is also engaged in media as an Executive Producer for 101.9 Interstate Live Radio and has authored significant textbooks on social media marketing. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, an MBA in Business Management, a Master's degree in Human Resources Management, and a PhD in Applied Management and Decision Science, along with various certifications in fitness and leadership.
