Melissa Swain-O'Neill MS, CES is an experienced in-home personal trainer and exercise physiologist, self-employed since 2005, specializing in various fitness domains including cardio workouts, weight loss, and medical fitness for chronic conditions. Prior to this, Melissa held the position of Director of Student Services and Instructor at the National Personal Training Institute from 2005 to 2007, where responsibilities included teaching and managing the Stamford Branch. Experience also includes work as a freelance fitness writer and as the Director of Wellness at Peak Wellness, overseeing fitness programs for high-risk patients and corporate clients. Melissa holds a Master’s degree in Cardiac Rehabilitation & Exercise Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.
