Richa Jamwal has had extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Richa started their career as an HR Executive at Oxfam India in December 2010 and worked there until April 2013. Richa then joined WWICS as an Operations, Research & Development professional for a brief period of five months. After that, they worked as a Senior HR & Admin Executive at 9up Consulting from October 2013 to July 2015.

In November 2015, Richa joined ARDOM Telecom as an Assistant Manager HR & Admin, where they focused on recruitment, retention, and employee relations until December 2016. Following that, they took on the role of an HR Manager at OECC Overseas Education and Career Consultanst Pvt. Ltd. from December 2016 to November 2018. In this role, their responsibilities included managing recruitment, employee relations, and measuring employee satisfaction.

Richa then joined Touchstone Educationals Pvt. Ltd. as an Assistant Manager Human Resources in November 2018 and worked there until March 2020. Their duties included HR management and assisting with recruitment. Richa then moved on to become a Placement Manager at the Institute of Professional Banking (IPB) in March 2020, where they stayed until February 2021.

Currently, Richa is working as an HR Manager at Idea Usher.

Richa Jamwal obtained their Bachelor's Degree in B.Sc Medical General from MCM DAV College Chandigarh in the years 2004 to 2007. Richa then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, from HP University Shimla from 2008 to 2010.
