Zoe R.

Zoe R. currently serves as a Delivery Manager and Client Relations Manager at IdeaCrew since August 2023. Previously, Zoe worked as a Consultant at BJEP, where responsibilities included completing a final evaluation for a grant and co-writing a grant proposal. Zoe's experience also includes a practicum at Health Care For All, focusing on partnerships in MassHealth’s Flexible Service Program, and a role as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Massachusetts General Hospital, leading projects on Alzheimer’s disease and mentoring students. Earlier roles involved internships at Rapid Flow Technologies and Carnegie Mellon University Robotics Institute, and research positions at Smith College and the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Zoe holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from The Heller School at Brandeis University and a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience from Smith College.
